Delete Your Account

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be irreversibly removed from our servers once the process is complete.
1. How to Delete Your Account
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please send us an email:
- Send an email to oceanapp.support@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"
- Include the email address you registered with so we can locate your account
Deletion requests are processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
2. What Data Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Profile information — email, display name, bio, and profile photo
- Tasks — all tasks, categories, schedules, and completion records
- Focus sessions — your complete session history and durations
- Statistics — total focus minutes, streaks, session counts, and leaderboard data
- Push notification tokens — device tokens are deactivated and removed
- Feedback — any bug reports or suggestions you submitted
3. What Happens After Deletion
- You will be signed out of the app immediately
- Your profile will no longer appear on the community leaderboard
- Local app data will be cleared; remaining cache is removed upon uninstall
- This action cannot be undone — there is no way to recover a deleted account
4. Processing Time
Email deletion requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.
